The National Association of Manufacturers, the voice of over 14,000 manufacturing companies in America, had a big industry challenge around recruiting the next generation of manufacturers.
How could they excite youth about careers in an industry that didn't always feel popular?
From the start, our goal was to promote the future of manufacturing while reinforcing its legacy and stability.
Parts of the brand’s basic framework was already established but in need of a design refresh and expansion. The adaptable design had to feel consistent across multiple, digital and in-person platforms since the tour was on-the-go. Our team landed on a bold and bright brand identity that combined dynamic shapes and movement with minimalist structural components.
